AdSense Coordinator - EU Headquarters, Dublin, Ireland

Are you an energetic, pro-active individual with a passion for the Internet? Do you want to help grow a high-performance organisation with a focus on helping publishers get the most out of advertising on their websites? We have an immediate need for a number of Online Sales and Operations AdSense coordinators at our EU headquarters in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Build and foster relationships with hundreds of European publishers, website operators, and ecommerce merchants.
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing publishers.
• Test and improve how we deliver new services to specific publisher segments and/or markets.
• Review and monitor partner websites for adherence to programme policies.
• Troubleshoot AdSense deployments, and/or related technical problems.
• Identify innovative solutions and communicate insights to AdSense Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Forge ways to optimize AdSense performance with existing publishers
• Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Creative and Analytical – ability to breakdown complex problems and pull together internal stakeholders to find innovative solutions for our publishers.
• Work cooperatively and effectively as part of a high-performing team.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• BA/BS degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in one or more of the following languages – English; Dutch; Spanish; French; German; Greek; Hebrew; Italian; Polish; Romanian; Russian; Swedish; Turkish.
• Working knowledge of the Internet.
